In the last 2 days, my fitbit has lost minutes (one time only) and crashes at least 3 times daily and now the clock setting has failed. I reset the clock but this is getting ridiculous. I've tried REPEATEDLY to access the instant chat so I can speak with some directly online but I can only get this forum. VERY frustrating. I've already had this fitbit ionic replaced since I had problems with the one I got for Christmas. This is getting ridiculous. I'm tossing this out there to see if someone can help.

@colleenchisholm, what clock do you have loaded on your Ionic? If it is not one of the Fitbit-designed clocks, have you tried changing the clock to a different one to see if that changes it?
