my ionic wont charge

I have tried all the usual stuff reinstalling etc but it wont charge. I am really disappointed as this was a replacement when last one stopped working, I have been with Fitbit since 2012 but I wont buy another Fitbit watch.

Speak with your wallet, buy another brand, we will not be getting any help from fitbit on these devices.

I managed to get my ionic charged had to go buy new charger but now screen is frozen I have tried all usual to get it fixed to no avail these really are crap products.

Hi @DannWB  a moderator gave this advice to another member, so let's hope it can help you.

"I recommend you restart your Fitbit, if this doesn't work delete the Ionic from your account and set it up again. "
