i am not get any notifications to my fitbit Ionic from my IPhone X

did all the troubleshooting from on line and customer support and still no luck

open for suggestions

Is your phone running iOS 13? If so, there's an ongoing bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and recommendations:
