numbers showing on screen

My watch has stopped working apart from the clock face.when I press any of the buttons or swipe, I just get the numbers 1-10 showing in a grid. Pressing the numbers takes me no where. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s like it’s crashed.

You click the dots in the upper right corner of the post and do edit post. Then click the little picture of a camera. You should be able to upload a picture that way.

Is it the PIN entry display? That’s about the only thing I can think of that would fit that description.

Thanks but when I press the graphic of the camera it only gives me an option to insert text, not a graphic. I’ll try on my laptop.

No it’s not the pin. It’s all 10 numbers in a grid with no option to do anything from there. That screen appears with all buttons and swipe left, right, up and down.

Hi. Did you workout how to correct the screen face with numbers from 0-9?  Mine is doing the same thing.

Hi, I too have the same problem with my Iconic. I have all the numbers in a grid 0-9 and can't rid of it even after a reset.

Cher007 did you get a solution ?

Yes, you have activated the PIN number lock. See my thread...there is instructions on how to deactivate the pin in the app.

I put a screen protector on my ionic a few days ago and should've shut it off but didn't and now, I can see my time and steps on main screen with weather app but when I push any button - a grid of all the numbers comes up like it wants me to set up a new number or something.  So now no texts or notifications with people's names calling me or even a buzz on my ionic when I get a call. Tried shutting off 3 times and still the same problem, so not sure if I did this or it is happening to others as well.?

I bet that is it but I don't know how to resolve this.

You have set the security screen.

You need to enter in the PIN number you set to access the rest of the functions.

I am having the same problem, were you able to fix it?

Hey everyone!

For anyone that might be experiencing this issue, this usually means that you've entered an incorrect PIN code 10 times and you need to unlock your Fitbit watch with your paired phone.

To do so:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon  > your device image.
  2. Tap or click Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Additionally, here's the thread where @Cher007 got it fixed.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted. Robot Happy
