My watch has stopped working apart from the clock face.when I press any of the buttons or swipe, I just get the numbers 1-10 showing in a grid. Pressing the numbers takes me no where. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s like it’s crashed.

I also have this problem. Can’t get anything on screen apart from time and number pad. When I use buttons or swipe, all I get is number pad. Have tried resetting PIN. Still can’t swipe off the number pad. None of the buttons do anything except to go back to the time.

Have you solved this problem yet? I am experiencing exactly the same problem and nothing is working to fix it. Resetting the PIN hasn’t worked either! Very frustrating!!

I took it back, but they now have to send it away to get it fixed, so I’ll be without it for weeks!! Not happy!

I just got my new Versa 2 yesterday. First, it got stuck and I had to reboot. Now all I get is numbers 1-10. This is very frustrating.

I Goggled this problem and what I found was not help at all.  I finally entered my pin# on that numeric keyboard screen and that solved the issue.
