A "Screen wake" pop-up occurs now and then. Customer service told me to restart.

My problem looks similar to what was described here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Constant-Screen-Wake-notifications-Driving-me-crazy/m-p/338800...

I actually made a video when this was occurring constantly -- a couple of days ago. It is strange because now it is happening much less frequently. I still would like to have it fixed because it is very annoying if this happens while I want to use my watch or when I'm sleeping (the buzzing that comes with the "screen wake" is extremely annoying...).

Here is my video:

I have chatted with Fitbit customer support and they had me restart once (pressing left button and the lower right button) and they had me turn it off through the menu on the watch and then turn it on again. But the buzzing "screen wake" still pops up.

I'm located in the USA and read that my warranty is 12 months (and not the 24 months Fitbit gives in Europe). I've had my Ionic for 14 months now...

Who had had this and after how many months of use? And was it fixed/solved by Fitbit or not?

Thanks

Not that this is any help, but that screen is what you would normally get to by holding in left button a few seconds.  It sounds like it thinks the left button is sometimes stuck in depressed mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for your response. You are right: the left button seems to be stick. The latest problem is that the button is not "stuck" but just unresponsive. I've informed Fitbit Support and am waiting for a response.
