Alarms won't work correctly on my Luxe

I hate this Fitbit. It is so unreliable. I only use it for steps and the alarm but I find the alarm is inconsistent. It’s stopped working again. Last time I was advised to do a reset. Which I did, and it worked. But I can’t carry on doing resets and having an unreliable alarm. Anyone have the same problem?

It seems that our Support Team has exhausted all troubleshooting steps availed for this issue, so there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest.
