Auto-Recongised Exercise not turning off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there,

I have a Luxe with firmware 58.20001.188.58. I've turned off walking and running auto-recognised exercises on the app; however, each time I walk it is being recognised as exercise. I've restarted my Fitbit and there is no sync issues. I've attached screenshots for confirmation. Is anyone able to advise or help with this? Thank you.

Hello @ryan105 and welcome to the Community.  I noticed that your walk got recorded as a GPS Run.  The Luxe has an additional feature called Run Detect.  Please do the following to turn it off.  Select Run on the Exercise app on the Luxe.  Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Look for Run Detect and toggle it off.  While you are in the settings, take a look at the other options in these settings.  There are other things you can customize.  These settings are available in every shortcut.
