It won’t do messages and the sleep mode won’t work and it is very hard to get it to open up to view the time you have to tap it very hard three or four times to wake it up very disappointed with my new watch

Hi @Debbiesandbay27  check out the Luxe area where you'll find informational articles and the user manual - click to go there. For notifications, you'll need a compatible smartphone and to give it permission in the app and on the phone. Sometimes water lock, DND or sleep mode makes it harder to wake up the screen, too.
