Hi there, @CruzinSuzan. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

The Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3. To see historical data and your personal range for each metric, upgrade to Fitbit Premium. For more information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? and What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

Find basic information about these metrics without a Premium subscription in the Fitbit app or on your Fitbit device:

Hope this answers your inquiry.

No but if you are Premium you can see the trends for one month as opposed to only 7 days.

Up until this morning I could see 7 days of trends in Health Metrics, as opposed to 30(?) with Premium. As of today I can see nothing except an enticement to join Premium. So, the 7-day "mini" version of data for RRR, HRV, SPO2, etc,, is no longer free?

@floridawalk   This isn't an enticement to join Premium, but a bug that appeared.  When the Health Metrics was released, we had to sign an agreement in order to see the results.  If you tap on the Get Started, then the I Agree, you will see your Health Metrics.  But you will need to do it all over again when you go back to your Today screen.  Fitbit has been made aware of this.

Thanks for the quick response. I was reluctant to click "I agree" lest it
immediately start a Premium membership.
