My 3 week old Luxe screen has suddenly stopped working. All I have is a black square with two green horizontal lines at the top and bottom. I have done the reset and turned back on again, and there is no change. I'm really annoyed as it is only 3 weeks old, I haven't dropped or knocked the device, so there no reason for this to happen. Any advice would be appreciated!
Best AnswerI have the same issue! I’ve has several replacements, and each one is the same. The screen breaks within a few weeks! I’m really annoyed by now and even more so that I realise I’m not the only one with this issue! Not good enough, Fitbit!
