My 3 week old Luxe screen has suddenly stopped working. All I have is a black square with two green horizontal lines at the top and bottom. I have done the reset and turned back on again, and there is no change. I'm really annoyed as it is only 3 weeks old, I haven't dropped or knocked the device, so there no reason for this to happen. Any advice would be appreciated!

I have the same issue! I’ve has several replacements, and each one is the same. The screen breaks within a few weeks! I’m really annoyed by now and even more so that I realise I’m not the only one with this issue! Not good enough, Fitbit!
