Fitbit Luxe screen won't swipe

Just suddenly my Fitbit has stopped swiping . i have cleaned the screen but that hasn’t worked . Would anyone be able to offer some advice please

Hi there, @eveieb. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

As @JohnnyRow has recommended, please restart your Luxe. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Did you try a restart ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

no i will do that , thank you , just wasn’t sure what was the best to do

Restart as above is always safe to try; no risk in trying it first.
