Please give us the option to remain private. I keep getting friend requests and I am not interested in that feature

Hi, @lojmalone , currently there isn’t an option to turn off friend requests in the Fitbit app or Community.  You can, however, adjust your privacy settings which should help minimise the number of requests, and you can block inappropriate friend requests.  For more information on managing your privacy on Fitbit please see this help article .  It is mainly to do with managing friends and friend requests which I understand doesn’t interest you, but there is also a section on managing your privacy.

You also may want to vote for (and add a comment on) this feature suggestion to add the ability to turn off friend requests completely.  The more votes a suggestion receives the more likely it is to be implemented.
