How do I add Pickle ball as an exercise?-Luxe

I want to add pickle ball as an exercise but it is not listed. Support options don’t allow me to ask customer support about it either. 

Suggestions welcome.

Actually customer support said there was nothing they could do and closed the case. It was time consuming and unhelpful.

Please let me know if your development team will consider adding Pickleball as an exercise activity.

Thanks for the update, @PBLCSW.

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services but at the moment there are no plans to add Pickleball to the Exercise app as explained here.

In this case you can create a Custom Activity. This option is only available in the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Activities, but once the activity has been created, you'll be able to log it from the Fitbit app.
