Luxe seems connected to phone. Computer app says no devices paired. How to fix that?

Hi @barbiesa Fitbit removed the ability to set up and sync to the computer. Your phone will do the syncing and you can see the stats on the dashboard via the website, but the website's data isn't as complete as the app on your phone.
