Irregular Heart rate notifications

When I get to the I Agree button to set up irregular heart rate notifications the button is greyed out. I know I have to scroll but I can't scroll down. I have restarted my phone, logged out of the app, rebooted the fitbit. I can't find any other suggestions. Can anyone help?

Hi, @KristiDunlap, welcome to the community, you do not mention where you are, it is not available in some countries due to the local health authorities' position.
