Luxe Charger Replacement

My charger stopped working. I reported it and they agreed to send me a new one, this was back in September. Despite multiple emails and chat conversations I just keep getting told there are ‘shipping delays’. What do I do about this as I have a device that is useless without a charger!

Swallow your pride and go to Amazon and buy a third-party one for $4 or 2 for $7 and have in a few days; or go without for a few more months to force  Fitbit to pay.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've been trying to find a Luxe charger on Amazon.  My Luxe has 4 spots ( pins?) to charge and all I am finding are 2 connections.  Any suggestions on which item in Amazon will work?
