Luxe Heart Rate Randomly Dropping During Exercise

Hi,

Recently my luxe seems to be having issues recording my heart rate during exercise. My heart rate will go up as expected and then randomly drop to around 102 and refuse to budge, despite me continuing to run at the same pace (or even faster). I have tried all the tricks for wearing it differently, resetting it, etc that are discussed on other fitbit pages.

Does anyone know what could be wrong? Is it a software issue?

I know my heart rate isn’t actually dropping and this has only been a problem the last few weeks (I have had my luxe for several months now).

There does not seem to be a general software issue being reported.

Hi,

I have seen these. I have been a fitbit user for years and never had this problem before. Does anyone else know what could be wrong? Is mine just defective?
