My Luxe is not syncing. The app says I only had 67 steps yesterday but the device said I had around 8400 steps. Today, the app says I have 0 steps but the device says I have over 7800 so far today. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, nothing changed. Turned off my IPad and turned it back on and still nothing. What’s my next step?

Hi, @Cslife from what you have said, and my own experience with Luxe, I think it is unlikely that you will solve this sync issue. I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . Let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
