Luxe is not working properly

For some strange reason, my beautiful Luxe Fitbit is playing up! I tap it to find the time ... no read out. I wear it to bed - no reading ...'Wear your Fitbit to bed' I put it on the charger and it says '92% charged' but won't work till 100%. What is going on? It is only 2years old at Christmas ...  is this inbuilt obsolescence?

Hi there, @LAnnH. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your almost 2 year old Fitbit Luxe is playing up. Thanks for all the details shared in your post, I'll do my best to help you with this. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
