My Luxe is only two weeks old and if I take it off, it turns itself off and I cannot turn it back on without having to charge it and reboot it (holding button on charger down three times) which is very annoying. Thanks in advance for any help

As a first approach, please confirm that you've restarted your Luxe as suggested here. If so, please to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
