Luxe not recording all sleep hours

I've searched through the different help articles and cannot find out why my Luxe is only recording 2-3 hours of sleep each night. I've tried to manually add the hours but doesn't always show Thoughts?

Thanks for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Luxe before contacting us.

 

In this case, I would recommend trying the following:

- Restart your Tracker by following these steps.

- Turn heart-rate off and back on. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.

- Make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.47 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

I am having the same problem not getting any sleep data like every other night. 
when going to the link about turning off heart rate, the luxe tracker is not listed. 
I upgraded (I thought) to luxe due my inspire not tracking sleep and active minutes consistently and am now not happy with this device either.

On your Luxe scroll through to the settings.  The look through the settings and the heart rate setting is there.  You just need to slide it left to turn it off and then right to turn back on 🙂

@JPP83 If your Fitbit Luxe is not tracking your sleep stages, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions. I just checked the article I shared above and it does have instructions to access heart-rate settings from your Tracker but you can follow @Apples_e instructions which are also correct.

 So I turned the heart rate on/off and now it's not recording anything at all lol
