Hi,
my luxe screen suddenly became pixelated.
I’ve tried the reset where you hold the button three times. The luxe vibrates slightly and flickers but nothing happens. It’s still synced to my phone but there is nothing to see on the screen. I’ve also tried to change the clock face. Any advice? It’s not old, I’m quite disappointed!

Update - I had a call from the support team. The device is unfixable and is trash - such a shame. It didn’t last very long , is just out of warranty - I’d not recommend a luxe as there is nothing you can do if this happens.
