Luxe screen frozen

The screen on my Luxe watch has frozen and won’t do anything. It is just showing  a row of dots when I tap the screen instead of the clock face and if I swipe the screen it does nothing. How do I fix this please ?

In the hope that it's just a software glitch, try restarting it:

I'm having the same problem but there is no button on the charger.

The button is on the very end of the charger, the part that connect to the plug not the watch !

I found the button and have pushed it 3 times but it did not work, any suggestions?

I uninstalled my Fitbit app and reinstalled it.  After setting up my device again, it worked fine.
