The screen on my Luxe watch has frozen and won’t do anything. It is just showing a row of dots when I tap the screen instead of the clock face and if I swipe the screen it does nothing. How do I fix this please ?

I found the button and have pushed it 3 times but it did not work, any suggestions?

I uninstalled my Fitbit app and reinstalled it. After setting up my device again, it worked fine.
