My luxe has recently started going to a black screen even when there is still plenty of battery left the only way I can get it to come back on and start working again it's too attach it to the charger then the logo comes up and it's fine again. Everything else is functioning properly. Has anyone else had this problem ? Can this one be saved ? Do I just get a new one ?

@AprSue Apparently it was just luck that I had no black screen for the last several days. I just got the black screen again today. Darn- I thought maybe they had really fixed it 😢

Best AnswerThank you! That’s a great idea. I shall do that too instead of just hoping that even if the screen is black, it is still recording my steps, which it does sometimes 🤔
Best AnswerMy Luxe was working fine until I updated its software last week. The charge used to last about a week; now it only lasts about two days
On Wednesday around noon it showed 40%, then about an hour or so later it died.
Last night before going to bed, it showed 54%. When I woke up this morning, it was dead. Looking at my email, I had received an email at 1:30am saying it was low.
Best AnswerI have had the same problem. My luxe goes black even when it has plenty of battery charge left. It won't respond. The only way to wake it up is to plug it into the charger which of course I don't have when out for a long walk or not at home. Once I finally am able to charge it, it takes awhile to sync then doesn't count any of my activity. It has been very unreliable which is very disappointing.

Best AnswerThey should continue to support the luxe and sell them. We would have to get new accessories also. I have a few different bands so I can switch them up.
Best AnswerWhatever you do, don’t follow one of Fitbit’s recommendations of unpairing it from your phone and pairing again. I unpaired it, and it needs a 4 digit code that is on the screen to complete the pairing. The Fitbit app thinks the code has been given, but the screen isn’t lit up so I can’t see it. This seems like an impossible fix and that I’ll have to get a new tracker. Super frustrating.
Best AnswerI thought this was just happening to my watch! Something that has seemed to work for me so far is going into the settings on the watch and turning the vibration setting down from strong. I haven’t had a black screen since I did that a few days ago, but I’m still dealing with the rapid battery drain.

Best AnswerWell, I finally had it. 3 blacks screens in half a day today. I took them up on the 35% offer. Fitbit Inspire 3. I will see how it goes. (At least I will remember the date I bought it!) 🙂
