Luxe screen has developed horizontal lines

My Fitbit has recently started showing horizontal lines on the screen, and it is now unresponsive. I have had it for almost three weeks. Has anyone else experienced anything similar, and did you manage to get it fixed? Thank you.

My Luxe has also developed these horizontal lines I have tried to restart numerous times but it will not restart. I have tried to contact Help but cannot get through. My Luxe is only a month old. Please can you help. Lynnette

Phone call was the only way I got through.  Service is terrible but a month and a half later I finally got a replacement.  Had to follow up constantly. Sorry to have to say good luck.
