Luxe screen is stuck on a charge mode

I hooked up my Fitbit to charge and when it was full, I unhooked it,  but it still sits on the charge screen. If I walk around, it isn't recording my steps.

Have you tried restarting it? It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues:

That was my problem. I didn’t know how to do a reboot. I finally found the instructions in my box. I’m glad I didn’t throw it away. It is working now.

Hi there, @tinaphil. Welcome on board. Thanks for following the suggestion provided above. Since the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
