Luxe screen not working

Nothing is working on my device screen for my luxe. I can’t add water intake or a workout. I’ve tried shutting off my phone, restarting the luxe and also pushing the thing on the charger 3 times.

What does your Luxe screen show? Is it totally black?

I have been having all of these same issues. It started about a week or so ago for the first time. The last two days, it’s shut off I don’t know how many times. I’ve also tried all of the above steps, but it only lasts a very short time, sometimes only minutes. It’s very frustrating, and I’ve only had this device since August. I thought maybe there was an update, but not even that.

I haven’t been able to sync it for three days. I’ve done all the recommended steps multiple times. I’ve been having issues with it since I got it. It was at 20% power this morning so I decided to charge it to see if it would sync with a full charge. Now it’s a black screen and won’t do anything. I’m so fed up with this product. My previous Fitbits I never had any issues with.
