Ongoing problem since I’ve had Luxe and Charge before it.  I meticulously, repeatedly follow troubleshooting steps.  Anyone have miracle solution not posted on troubleshooting sites?

It sounds like your Luxe is either on sleep mode or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:
