My luxe up until recently has vibrated with texts and calls and messages on different apps. Now it doesn’t vibrate at all for it. I have disconnected the Bluetooth and checked everything and not helps. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Bec716. Welcome to the Community Forums! Hey, @CourtM. It's nice to see you around here! Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe devices before reaching out. I understand where your concerns are coming from.

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking that your Luxe is not on sleep or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please  see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Hope this helps.

Mine also does this, it somehow disconnects from my phone for no good reason. I have to restart my watch (in the settings) and then I get all of my notifications again.

Mine still disconnects everyday and I have to restart my watch for it to reconnect.  It is not in DND or sleep mode.  This is obviously a known issue with this watch since there are quite a few other users complaining about this with the Luxe in the community forum. Please fix your bugs in your products. I have had to get multiple replacements for issues with different trackers. Though the battery life and constant heart rate monitoring are great with Fitbit, IWatch is a more reliable product.

This just happened to me too. I’ve only had my Luxe for 6 weeks, and I’ve loved it. I’ve tried every fix I can find online.

My Luxe fitbit started working again today and I am receiving phone and text notifications.  I'm not sure if it's something you were able to do, but thank you.
