My Luxe started turning itself off randomly. When I plug it in, it says the battery is almost full.
Just now I plugged it in and it said the battery is at 45%. A few minutes later it said 22% (while charging!). I restarted it and it suddenly said 79%. What the heck?
It also started randomly stopping exercise tracking. It’s basically becoming unusable.

I’m having exactly the same issue- very frustrating and as you say makes the product unusable! Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?

Mine also started randomly stopping exercise tracking this week. 😩 It’s sooooo frustrating and indeed makes it unusable.

I am having the exact same issue.
Mine switches off and won't switch back on until I put it in the charger, it instantly switches back on and usually has almost full charge.
Some days it's fine and the next it's constantly switching off.
Sounds to me that there's a fault.
I have tried absolutely everything that's been recommended, including factory reset, and it's still the same.

I’m having the same exact issue. I found one suggestion on how to fix, by holding button on charger, but my charger doesn’t have a button.

I'm having the exact same issue! It's like my Luxe goes to sleep. It stops tracking everything. The only thing that wakes it up is to plug it into the charger, but the battery is always mostly charged, so there is no reason why the Luxe should stop tracking randomly. It is very frustrating!
I've tried a factory reset of the device and that hasn't helped, as well as just restarting the device using the button on the charger. Nothing seems to be resolving this issue, and it has been going on for several weeks now.

Same issue. Wonder if it's google doing this on purpose. Perhaps they want us to buy a new one rather than fix the software on the old ones.
And I love my luxe and would have purchased a new one but you can't even find one other than the golden luxury one.

I contacted them and said about the issue but all they did was offer me discount if I bought a new one. Something I won’t be doing. Such a shame really

That’s a rubbish response- not acknowledging that there is a definite fault with their product! I certainly won’t be buying another one for possibly the same thing to happen again further down the line! Very disappointing.

I had the same issue and did all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. They gave me a discount but I ended up getting a garmin. Highly recommended it but I had to return it because I have a high HR and it was messing up calories burned. Otherwise great company, support and no paywalled data. I'll either ditch trackers or get a used device with warranty. Thats ½ the price and the same durability sadly.

Same issue for me. It’s so random as to when and how it stops. I was advised by Marre (Fitbit) to do a restart a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly for >1 week and now it’s defaulted to random stopping again and when I wear it I can’t get the display to show at all 😡😡😡

Exactly the sane issue with my Luxe. Ive gone through all the self fixes it works again for a week or so but again, buzzes shuts down blank screen despite saying g 35% battery on reconnecting.
My annual subscription renews end July 24 bough mine in Jan 23. I'm not going to renew it. Reading the reviews on here, it seem. it's an ongoing problem.

Mine is the same and seems linked to the change over to google? I am now looking around for a replacement but might buy a pretty watch instead as it is so unreliable I seem less reliant on having a tracker. They have inadvertently set me FREE 🤣😂
