Put on to charge on 18 percent didn't charge and won't charge black screen of death my other fitbit charge fine on this cord

As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Luxe. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, please attempt to charge your Fitbit device. 

If the issue persists, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
