Hi @jazbiz - try charging the watch from a PC, check it doesn't get hot and if so stop immediately as it confirms a fault.
If the charging is not working see instructions to clean and verify connections in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Once it's been charged try holding the watch button for a full10 seconds till it vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start if it isn't faulty.

As @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
