I purchased a Fitbit luxe in the middle of November. I had nothing but issues. The updates rendered the watch unusable and I ended up returning it for a new one within a week and a half. That was when the real trouble started. Did you know it would take 5 weeks of emailing customer service with no response every other day over 35 days to finally get a used and dirty watch in the mail? The box was open when I opened the envelope the watch came in. The bands were covered in someone else’s dirt and to add insult to injury customer service sent me the tracking number for the watch two days after it arrived at my house (35 days after I had sent my watch back to them). I would just pick another brand. They all work the same and the minor cost you may save by buying the cheaper fitness watch will show when you have any issues with it. I would not buy any of their products. Once my free year is up or this watch inevitably has an issue I’ll buy a different brand and update y’all then.
This company is a joke and now Google owns it so you know it ain’t getting any better.
