Maybe ironing out bugs...? They also offered me 50% off a Luxe accessory. I wish they were shipping sooner but hey ho, if they're making things better for us I'd rather wait and be happy with the product 🙂 x

I believe fitbit offers free returns? Don't refuse the package, as you could end up in a situation where it is difficult to get your money back. If you want to return it when it arrives just go through the normal return process.

I’m also having the same issue with the ‘unfortunate’ result that I’m now paying full price on a Luxe woven band (as there was no option to add the promo discount) AND having still not even received the actual Fitbit Luxe tracker. There is easy way to make contact with Fitbit customer account team to get this rectified.

UK friends: I’ve finally got a shipment email. Looks like it’s being shipped from The Netherlands?! Then coming via ParcelForce I believe. Email says I should receive in 4 working days.

I received a shipping email yesterday (UK) for the Fitbit Luxe (Lunar White/Soft Gold Stainless Steel) .
I also ordered the gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet (Soft Gold Stainless Steel) as part of the same order but shipping email only shows the Luxe and not the extra gorjana bracelet. The website now shows this bracelet on back order for June so probably will get shipped out separately.
I also have the Luxe Stainless Steel Mesh (Soft Gold Stainless Steel) on order but that's still showing as 'Order Received'.

For the benefit of anyone else in Australia, I enquired yesterday about my order placed in April (black Luxe). It will be shipped by 26th June with delivery expected within 4 days.
