The past ten days the device gets hung up syncing. And I’m no longer patient enough to keep trying. I’ve done all the things like restart, re-pair, shut off phone, etc. Can any real user (not the company) confirm whether something’s just unraveled with this company, or not, so I can make an informed decision to just walk away and stop being frustrated?

@heatherg111 which device are you using? Is hard to help you without knowing that.

Being a Fitbit owner, I have experienced many disappointments, but stay with Fitbit because of the interval between battery charges. Following the Fitbit, customer care recommendations for resolving issues, I have found usually are fruitless. If you were having a problem with screen freezing, I would suggest you click on your picture/your profile at the top of the screen then click on the Tracker you were using and then scroll down the screen and synchronize two, three, four, or more times. Then backing out you will probably find that the home screen for your tracker has updated. Screen, freezing problems show up differently on my to cracker. I Charge to  And a charge for. Overtime Fitbit has removed features that were helpful to me as a blind user and I have had to learn to work around the missing data that was once on the home screen. We can only hope that the promised update will resolve the many issues that have been brought up in the forum , and that hopefully the forum will never be needed again. I am dictating this on my cell phone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. Fitbit developers have chosen not to fix the step Street problem and have not addressed the removal of the edit button, which was removed for  Blank users, using Apple‘s voiceover screen, reading software. I recently was asked for feedback and have provided that information in hopes that in some future version 50 might make the Fitbit iOS app friendlier for those who are blind, and unable to see the face of the trackers.

I liked having my steps, distance and calories used  recorded for the day.  I am getting all kinds of stuff that I have no interest in.  What has happened?

@heatherg111 I've moved your thread to the Luxe forum. I don't have a Luxe and I don't use iOS, but I'm sure someone else can offer you some advice. In the meantime, maybe the tips in this thread will be useful.

Well Google now owns FitBit so that could be a problem. I've been running into sync issues with my Luxe and my Samsung A42. I have had to restart my phone to get sync to work. I can't seem to find a satisfactory answer to the problem. I depend on step count accuracy to be able to participate in my company wellness program and if my step count isn't updating correctly then I'm losing out on $$$.
