How do I set my bmr on my zip Fitbit?

Use an online calculator such as this one, and play with your height and/or your age until you get  what you believe is the correct BMR value for you. Then enter that height and/or age in your Fitbit profile.

There's no need. Your BMR calories are calculated automatically based on your profile settings for age, height, weight etc.

You can't directly change it. The only thing you can do is to tweak your profile settings until you get the numbers you think your BMR should be.
