I use an Aria scale to auto input the data, if you don't have one and are manually logging what your scale reports, do it by touching weight on your mobile, hit the plus sign in the upper right corner, enter the value(s). You can track your progress by again touching the weight tile on the fitbit screen, and swiping right twice.
