I have an Ispire 3. I’ve been logging my food constantly and I came actosss something odd. I was putting in my yogurt this morning and I weighed it on a food scale measuring *about* 8oz, which brought the caloric intake to 81 calories. Just for the heck of it I switched it to 1 cup since 8oz is equal to 1 cup, and the caloric intake jumped to 107. Why is that?

Sometimes that happens because it thinks it is a bigger amount than before or they end up changing to a different brand.

Since this is not a hardware question, I've moved the post to the weight management board.

What does the nutrition label on the yogurt say? I have found a few foods that the info in FitBit is not correct for. I'm assuming that is user error on the part of the individual who added the food. Anyone can add a food; it becomes part of the database that we all use. A peanut butter powder that I use had 1/2 of the calories that the nutrition label on the container had. My guess is that the person who added it only eats 1/2 of a standard serving as THEIR serving, so put that in the database. In reality, they should have put it in as provided by the manufacturer and then entered in their log that they ate 1/2 of a regular serving.
