I have a small scale for food when I count calories. I guess on some items that other people might make for me. My Fitbit seems to be fairly accurate IMO for calories burned. I have now lost 20 pounds since February. Just doing CICO
Best AnswerFitbit has a good database for logging food. As does MyFitnessPal. But none of them are going to be "all inclusive" especially regarding any scannable calorie numbers.
The most important thing is to make sure you are accurate in logging what you've eaten. Use a food scale to WEIGH things. Volume is very deceptive, and most folks far underestimate their portions when just eyeballing food.
