Can't find my weight earlier than 2023 in the app

When I look at all time weight in my app. It only goes back to 2023. How can i find older data?

There have been other users who noticed that their historical information was missing. The Moderator recommended uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app from their phone. This fixed the problem for many, but not all, users. In some cases, not all the user's data returned. Still, it's what worked for many.

• Log out of the Fitbit app
• Uninstall the app from your phone
• Reinstall the app
• Log back into the Fitbit app
