I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

That's impressive..congrats on your hard work. My wife is constantly pulling pants from the lineup saying I look like some homeless guy wearing clothes that are to baggy. Can't imaging getting into the teens. Emujo

So i got my Fitbit June 10th and stepped on. It showed 329lbs. Now 12 days later I am 324. So you could say monitoring my weight has helped. Next week i get my Blaze. So yay for that. Goal is to be around 195-200 in the next year. So lets see where this Journey takes me. And congrats to everyone for thier commitment and hope your Journey finds its Destiny.

Sorry, I had to laugh "I got my fitbit on ...and stepped on it" At 1st I thought you had literally stepped on the tracker..not a good start, I assume you meant the fitbit scale...LOL, but happy to hear the weight is coming off. Emujo

I have had my most successful weight loss this past six months with about 65 pounds of lost body fat. I only set goals 2 weeks at a time and it was a lot less overwhelming. Just a suggestion for someone like yourself that has a big climb to make.

I got my Zip in April, so my Fitbit loss is 18lbs, but I joined another online nutrition tracking site in March and since then my total is 32.2 lbs down as of today. Tracking my movement has definitely helped, but also being more mindful about what else I'm doing has helped so much. Love my Zip!

Great Job Mommo! I am down a total of 36 since march as well. I really like the blaze that i use. i have to get back on track as far as tracking my food. I have slacked off as of late and i notice the difference. I tend to eat more when i am not tracking it.

Last year, I started using some smartphone apps, not Fitbit, and I went from 295 down to 240. Then I started back taking college classes so had less time for the gym and my old habits returned and a good part of my weight returned. I bought a Fitbit in early January but it really didn't do much for me until March when I made a committment to lose weight. I changed my diet, and steadily increased the steps I walk each day from 2K to start to 20K now. Since March, I have lost all the weight I regained, plus some. I've lost a total of 38 pounds since March 21, from 272 - 234. I've competed in 5K's which I never thought I would and actually won one in my age group (60 and over). I've lost a total of 61 pounds and only 50 more pounds to go!
Since having my Fitbit, I'm constantly looking at ways to add steps to it. At work, I take the long way to the restroom or to go see someone at their desk. I park far away from where I am going just to get more steps in.

I had been a Weight Watchers on-line member for 3 yrs. Lost 43#, then I've gained back 15. A trip to the Dr's office was a wake up call. I again looked at my WW page; Fitbit syncs with WW, but the redo of the whole WW screwed up their app and it was a royal pain to track.
I found the Fitbit weight goal and food tracker (I knew it was there, but hadn't really got into it). It is so easy to use and track what I eat against what activity/calories I burn. I dropped my WW membership after 2 weeks. I don't know how much I've lost (clothes are looser) as my scale bit the dust, but I know the diet plan I'm following works. (DASH Diet, Marla Heller) My best guess is at least 5#, and that includes a family reunion, lots of eating, and some dining out with family. EXTREMELY happy with the goal setting and food logging. So easy to stick with!

30 days in May I worked out 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes and thought I was eating in a more healthy way. I lost nothing. Then I bought the fitbit (hr charge) and wore it 3 days through normal days (working in an office). I learned so much about what my body was doing in a 24 hour period. I sleep well, but that was about the only good thing. I walked less than 3000 steps, drank less than 30 oz of water, and only burned about 1200 calories every 24 hours while I took in 2000. In the past 5 weeks I have joined challenges with other people, upped my step goal to 6000 but seem to hit 10,000 on days I work out, and increased the workouts to 75 minutes 6 times a week. I now eat 1500 calories and burn between 2500-3000 and I've lost 14 pounds in 5 weeks. I expect that to slow down a little bit, but my goal is 8-10 pounds a month for the next year. I love scanning in my foods to see all the data. I am horrified at the amount of sodium in so many foods and foods I thought were "free" really aren't. I am trying to get all my protein in during breakfast and lunch and have a light dinner and instead of a heavy meal like I used to do. I no longer crave the sugar. Instead of 2 cokes a day and sweet tea I pretty much only drink water. I have learned that my sitting job is doing me no favors. I love it, but I have to spend more time walking during conference calls, intentionally taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking as far from the door as I can get, and taking accountability for doing all of that every day. My fit bit alarms buzz me every hour from 7a to 2p as reminders that I can't just sit there all day like I used to do. After 5 weeks I am more motivated than I was the first week.

I had my fitbit now since Februrary and I've lost 13lbs thus far. It may not seem like alot but its plenty for me. I'm still trying to reach a target weight of 170. I've got 7lbs more to go and I'm gonna try like hell to get it done before the summer ends. The Fitbit definitely helps and I all like all the stats that it provides.

Lost 22 lbs. It has not been easy!
I hit a plateau a few months ago.
Doing 21 Day Fix broke that plateau.
It's a lot easier to put it on than it is to take it off!!
