I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

@PineyJim @fitwoC- Welcome to this forum, both of you. Jim, Great job and good decisions. Making up you mind about what you really want to do is key but you can enjoy support here & posting can be a help to others showing what is possible. It gets more difficult to lose weight as you get lighter but you have surely learned a better lower calorie way to eat, so you can do it.
I've fallen off the wagon lately thinking I could "get away with it" (some stupid decisions). I have to straighten up again.

Thank you Glenda. We are human and we all fall off the wagon. Today is a new day and the wagon is waiting for us!

When I put my Fitbit on and wear it I do a much better job at losing weight. It makes me move more which in turn helps also.

That's great news @msfaithk @fitwoC- @mykeaz! I lost 30 pounds with Fitbit as well.
Wearing my Fitbit helped to learn a lot more about healthy eating and staying active. I realize now that there were many things I ignored or that I didn't even think of and that were making me unhealthy, but I've been able to maintain my weight since I started using my Fitbit 😀

Nope! Although I love my Fitbit, I regularly burn 3,500 calories/day and consume about 2,200, at least for the past few months. I think my body's ability to turn water into fat may be the key to the world's energy crisis. If someone can explain to me how a net calorie burn of 110,000 calories since July 10th did not result in weight loss, I would be happy to hear you words of wisdom. I feel like if I ate only lard coated with sugar, that much of a deficit should STILL result in weight loss?!
