How do I adjust my weight loss goal per week once it has been set?

I know when I set up my fitbit I set up weekly weightloss goals which then told me how much calories to consum...etc..to lose weight. I want to change the goal...how do I do change it?

in the app, go to account- settings- nutrition and body- weight...

Well I know I can tell it my goal weight...but I know when I set it up I told it 1/2 lb a week or 1 lb a week... etc... will this di that?

Hi Lisa, Not sure if you got an answer to this but I just figured it out.  It is done on your phone app... Account... Nutrition & Body...then go through the 'your goal' setup again and it just adjusts your goal for you.  Hope this helps 🙂
