Hi, I am new to Fitbit and actually haven't received my Flex yet. I've been using myfitnesspal for awhile though and set up my Fitbit account to get used to the website and app. Since I've been logging things I'm confused what I should be going by on the Fitbit as to what I need to do to lose my weight. Im attaching a picture with what I'm confused about. Could someone help me understand what I should be going by..is it the "on track" area. Thank you so much for your help.

The Calories burned is "so far today", so on the example you had burned 1902 of a current daily average of 2184 - not bad but that depends on what time of day it is.
The Food Plan - 549 Calories over on a 926 Calorie plan would not be good BUT who in the world plans to eat only 926 Calories a day?! The plan is based on what weight loss you are aiming for - i.e. -500 Calories a day is 1lb a week loss - 1000 calories deficit per day is 2lbs a week, etc. I think it starts the day using your avg daily burn less the deficit for your plan - if through the day you burn more than avg calories your calories to eat increases to match.
The Calories in vs Calories out - shows 1475 Calories in (same as the the food plan, 549+926=1475) and 1902 Calories out which is a 427 calories deficit for the day - depending on time of day (again) that is very close to being right on target for a 500 Calorie deficit for the day -
Hope this helps
Good luck
Craig
