I'm going to move this from the Fitbit Force area to the Weight Loss area to get better exposure to your question. 🙂

HI! I am not sure if I am getting to the correct account, when I click on the go to fitbit.com profile under LDog it takes me to Rosevelt pg.....and it is set to private. So if this is the correct page you might want to change your settings so ppl can see what you are eating and activities so they can help you.
If you are going the same thing day in and day out you will not budge. Make sure you are eating enough and drink your water. Change up your cardio. You have to "reshock" your body to get it going again.
Hope this helps.

I was in the same boat as you. for months I stayed the same weight and it seemed nothing I did worked. Then one day while out shopping, a saw a flyer for an outdoor fitness group and put it in my bag. Didn't really think much about it, if nothing else was working why try was my attitude. then one day I called and the trainer was so nice and invited me along for a free trial session, since the sessions were held around the corner from my work I thought why not. What did I have to lose, only an hour of my time
Best thing I ever did. Not only did my weight start to move, but I started building up muscle and defination which I was lacking. A month into the group, I was offered to join a Spring into Summer Group (I'm in Sydney Australia). This group not only offered more training sessions but allowed a qualified trainer access to my food diary. She made some great comments and with a few small changes I am within sight of my goal, feel great and have met some amazing people.
I'm not saying that an Outdoor Fitness group is for everyone, but look around and see what else is out there and make a few changes to what you are doing. You never know it could be the kick in the butt your metabolise needs to continue on your journey
Remember this is a lifestyle change NOT a diet

What was your starting point and how long did it take to reach 185? What is your current BMI and what your BMI would be at 165? How (diet, exercise) did you reach your current level. Can you increase your step count and VAMs from the current level?
