How can I get stokmach fat gone??  I use to have a flat stomach but after having a child 8 years ago 
I still can't get it back.  Any Suggestions?? Please I hate it

Lost 40 pounds now I am ready for the weights - too heavy before - I got my weight off walking 4000 miles last year - walking is very heart healthy and keeps that blood flowing
