Haven't tried it but done similar.
Expect the first month or so to be brutal/humbling (atleast they were for me). Unfamiliar exercises, definately a pushing pace, but come the 2nd month #BOOM.
Can become addicting in a good way too!
Journaling and STICKING with it could be key. As Tony Hornton says on P90X....just push play...getting started is often the hardest part...sticking with it the 2nd...the results should be motivation enough!

Hey Skeeter,
I have just finished week 1 of Month 2 and I've gotta say, I love the program. I've cut almost 10% body fat, 25" from all around and am feeling stronger than I have in a LONG time. The endourance i've gained is incredible. If you'd like, let's connect on Facebook and we can talk more about how you are progressing through the program!

Day 2 and it is kicking my butt. I've done Insanity and T25 but this is different. Watched the 59 min interview with Shaun T and he made it clear when "max out" occurs. It is when your form becomes imperfect, not when you physically are exhausted. Based on that it opens your eyes to when to note your "max-out" time. It is sobering but it is the reality.

What do you find yourself struggling with, Grothy?

I'm merging from Focus T25 to Insanity Max:30. So my muscles are more than ready to change to high intensity interval training.
I actually started Friday and did Cardio+Abs Friday, Tabata Saturday and Pulse Saturday (two in one day). It's hard but fun. I use the Modifier Edition for cases that I can't do some moves like if my legs can't handle Jumping Jacks on the balls of my feet, there's tapping.
It's better to use the Abs Maximizer calendar if you're aiming for belly fat shredding as well.

I started a month ago and love it. Nice to have that intenisty for 30 minutes instead of having to do a Max Insanity for an hour during my lunch break.
These workouts rank up there with what I would consider to be the toughest workouts I have done since my college tennis days.
Toughest ones in no particular order (they will all kill you in different ways):
1) Speed and Agility (Asylum)
2) Strength (Asylum)
3) Max Plyo (Insanity)
4) Max Interval (Insanity)
5) Max Tabatas
6) Vertical Plyo (Asylum)

Good to know about the other calendar. My middle is what I need to work on the most. May need to switch over next round.
