Hi everyone.
I struggled with whether to put this on the Get Fit board or the Weight Loss one. I decided that since I feel I'm pretty fit (at least in my head), I'm more interested in getting to a weight that "the man" says I should be at, so I'm posting it here. 🙂 BTW, "the man" is whoever makes those height/weight charts.
I would like this thread to be a source of motivation and inspiration for anyone who reads it. Perhaps you will see a quote that you identify with, or find a link to an article that you find helpful or useful to you on your journey, or even read a story of someone dealing with the same issues you are - I just want it to be a thread to post postive and/or helpful stuff for other members of the FitBit Community.
