My pledge for this week......I will measure my waist and hips on Monday morning....I will, walk 15,000 steps every day but Saturday. Next Monday I will do my measurements again. Just gotta get back on track, being way too lazy and unmotivated. Does anyone else want to make a pledge for this week..strength in numbers?

Darlin' it's just me but really...put away the measuring tape, you don't need to set a definitive goal on steps. Be kind to yourself...vow X amount of time per day walking or some activity that breaks a sweat. Then maybe once a month try on a pair of pants or jeans that you want to fit. When they fit give yourself a big hug and keep up the good work. Just a thought.

Nothing wrong with being a little energetic! I am on board! I have recently been feeling a little lazy myself and want to get back to moving. I guess I will be starting today as I am just reading the post. But good for you about setting a goal!

Loveabull..sorry, but for me setting a goal for steps works. I am a very lazy person by nature...all of my hobbies involve sitting..lol. I don't keep jeans that don't fit, so that won't work for me. I am finding my current jeans quite baggy. I just need to see how I am progressing..if it is not enough, then I need to get in more steps. Weighing myself has caused me to give up in the past...so don't want to go there. Thanks for your caring thoughts.

..stepping together is so much easier. Woohoo...got in 15,000 steps yesterday and today. It feels so good.
